Packing Up for the Market (with an old friend!)

I've been baking up a storm in preparation for this week's market. To help me out in Jamaica's absence is my dear friend - and baker extraordinaire - Kim Cotter from Portland, who's flown in to be Goose House Bakery's Guest Baker for our February market! Kim and I became friends a decade ago while both working at a premier bakery in Portland. During those years we worked side by side in that tiny little bakery kitchen decorating a gazillion wedding cakes together. And now, just like in those good old days, we're having a blast!

Goose House Bakery will be at the Winter Market this Saturday, February 6th from 10 am - 2 pm at the 1912 Center in Moscow, ID.
