Placing AN order?

All orders are taken here, on a first come, first served basis until full capacity is reached for any given date.

 

STEP 1: Please use the contact form on this page to inquire about whether your date is available,

and please include:

• the ​menu item size, flavor, and quantity that you're considering

• your preference of free Moscow home delivery* or a pickup appointment

• the date and time that would work best for you

*Delivery within Moscow city limits only;

 pickup is available by appointment only.

STEP 2: You'll receive an email reply in approximately 1-2 days* with info on how to proceed.

*CLOSED ON SUNDAY AFTERNOONS AND ALL DAY MONDAYS, so expect delays from Saturdays until Tuesdays

STEP 3: Once your order is scheduled you'll receive a confirmation email, along with online payment info and pickup instructions (if using pickup).
